I definitely can tell my relationship with food has changed. There is no longer any mortality to food so I no longer feel guilty and need to go run a mile or like I fell off the wagon if I eat an oreo or decide to use real peanut butter on my toast rather than the lower cal PB2 option.

Hey guys! These past weeks has been incredible! I’ve lost a lot of weight after Nova changed the training to upper and lower body – it really changed a lot! Both with my eating habits because I’ve been more motivated to diet better because of better workouts, and my workouts has been improved a lot! I am starting to get back to the weight I used before corona shotdown – benched 100 kg times 2 this tuesday, so that was a huge milestone that I crossed again 😊
Everything is really going as good as I could ever imagine right now 🙂 The scale said 92,4 this Tuesday as well, and that is just amazing 😊

It’s going really really well! Been in gym two times, on 27. and 30. Feeling super good and I really enjoy the workout plan, it is well balanced, challenging, and takes less than an hour to complete, so really happy. Body is feeling great as well – Looking forward to keeping it up all summer 🙂

Hi team, well after using excuse after excuse to not go to the gym, I bit the bullet and went today. First time going is always the hardest so it’ll only get easier from here! I had a really good session, it’s the first time I’d used this new gym, and it’s a 30 second walk from my apartment so I have no excuse really 🤣 I really enjoyed the workout and surprised myself a little with how I’d remembered correct posture etc. Onwards and upwards from here!

My old pants now no longer fit, I am 15 kilos down so far and I cried when I put on my pants from when I was a teen and they fit. Same with my belt. I am over the moon. Almost below 3 digits too in weight.

Hi all, my first post here but I’d like to share my story as I’ve been on a long journey since the start of 2020 and lockdown, I was very unhappy with my weight becoming out of control and it was starting to take its toll on my mental health especially. I have suffered with anxiety for most of my life and my image was a big factor not helping my confidence at all, I would hate going out and talking or interacting with people. This really affected me in my job as an aspiring vet nurse and performing as a violinist. As an avid WoW player I came across GFG and decided to message Daniel and see if he could help, I began my journey slowly changing my eating and fitness habits and slowly but surely started to see progress, I started at 114kg and today I am at 74kg and have never felt better in my life. Not only have I found new confidence but created a mindset I will carry on and improve for the rest of my life. If you’re thinking about starting your journey or are struggling (I know I was at times) then I would implore you to get started and talk to the guys, they are such great support! ❤️ The journey doesn’t stop here for me, I’m just getting started 🔥 This has proved to me that anything is possible! 💪
It’s been going well, I’m up another 300g, seeing some really nice definition and progression from myself, starting to see the body I’ve wanted for a long time. Currently having no cravings, looking forward to each meal, and cooking like I work as a chef. Thinking of upping some of the weight I’ve been using with my squats and pushups gradually as I’m losing the post-workout burn, but the exercise is working wonders, guys. everyone you guys are the GOATS 🐐

Well with the diet and the exercise I was losing about 0.5kg per week but after switching to your diet I was losing about 1-1.5kg per week which is way more. I am now down to almost 115 kg. I am feeling so much better and more confident.

Hey Daniel, it’s Lewis here. Thought I’d give you a biiig update because it’s been over a year. Things have changed dramatically for me, I currently weigh 74kg.. what a difference from 114kg over a year ago, so happy I took the initiative to message you and sort myself out. I started some calisthenics body weight training about a month ago and trying to build some muscle now, I am definitely noticing a difference and my strength is increasing! I have not lost any muscle. I would like to drop down my body fat % a bit more, hence the training to build some muscle, people tell me I don’t need to change anything more but I don’t know I’ve got the bug now and I’ve gained sooo much confidence, it’s unreal! haha. So we are looking around 6.2 stone lost, I am also feeling quite lucky in the fact that I am not suffering from any loose skin at all (I was scared of that).
I’m really liking the simplicity of the plans and how cheap the meal plan is to follow, waiting to get started as I’m currently snowed under with work! Mental, but I’m changing jobs soon which will allow me more time for personal development! 👌
Really good feeling healthier and can feel difference in the muscle strength, I am losing weight reasonably well and enjoying the workouts. My workouts have increased to a reasonable weight also, looking forward to week 7+, macro wise I am really close to hitting the 35pct marks most evening and normally with 200-300 calories spare.
